the room was gorgeous and super clean! the staff were so friendly and helpful too. the hotel location is awesome as it is a short walk to the city centre, so convenient!

the beautiful room included a comfortable king-size bed and high-quality linens, i slept so well. the bathroom had both a rainfall shower and a separate soaking tub. complimentary toiletries were provided.

the hotel has a well-stocked bar with an excellent selection of wines and spirits, i was in awe. free wifi is available throughout the hotel, even in the garden. there's also on-site parking available for a fee though!

The reception staff were super accommodating and responsive to requests. The service was fast. the breakfast service included a buffet with a good selection of hot and cold items! the hotel even accommodated special dietary requirements without issue.

The hotel is located a short walk from the train station, perfect for transport links. it's close to local shops and restaurants. I could walk everywhere. the neighborhood felt safe, which gave me peace of mind.

My room received a free upgrade from Classic to Superior. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and showed me to my room. The location is very good. It is a short walk from the railway station and an easy walk into the city center. I received a nice drink credit at the bar by skipping room servicing.
The hotel charged £15 to park on a piece of grass.

The breakfast menu offered many options and everything tasted delicious. The staff provides very tasty drinks at the bar. There is something for everyone. We had two delicious evening meals in the bistro.

The room proved substandard, for I discovered stained cushions. The plumbing emitted excessively loud noises all night, an annoyance I found difficult to bear. Reception staff lacked a cute demeanour, giving the impression I was imposing.
